How it works
Earn, redeem, and grow your tier
The programme runs in the background on real orders: payment triggers earn, checkout can apply points, and your tier follows your balance.
Earn when you pay
Points are credited after payment. Your tier sets how many points you earn per $1 of order total. Orders where you redeem points do not earn points on that same order.
Redeem at checkout
100 points = $1 off. You can apply points up to your order total using the loyalty toggle on upload checkout.
Tier up automatically
Your tier is based on your current points balance and updates when your balance changes.
Bonus for rating
When you mark a delivered order complete and submit your rating, you receive a one-time points bonus for that order (shown in your loyalty history).
