The instant quote tool accepts STL and 3MF files, up to 100 MB each. Multi-object 3MF projects are split into parts and grouped by plate automatically (embedded print settings are ignored — choose material and quality on the upload page). For STEP, DXF, or anything unusual, submit a design brief or email project@orb.sg and we'll handle it manually.

Your file is sliced against ORB.'s own printer and material profiles the moment you upload it. The price matches what production uses, so the quote is the real price, not a rough estimate.

No. Anyone can upload and see prices. You only need an account when you're ready to check out, so your order can be tracked and you can earn rewards points.

Most failures come from non-manifold meshes (holes in the surface, internal faces). Repair the mesh in your CAD tool and re-upload. If it still fails, or the model is very large or complex, email hello@orb.sg with the file and we'll quote it manually.

Finished quotes clear after 2 hours; pending items clear after 24 hours. Prices can change as material costs move, so re-upload for a fresh quote if yours has expired.

PLA, PETG, and TPU, currently in black or white. Layer heights from 0.08 mm to 0.28 mm, adjustable infill density and pattern, wall count, and orientation. If you need a material or colour you don't see, ask: the catalogue is growing.

Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece on our standard Bambu Lab printers. Larger parts can often be split and joined; email project@orb.sg for advice.

Every print is inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity before it leaves. If a part doesn't meet the published spec for your chosen settings, we reprint it free. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not design issues in the uploaded model.

Typical FDM tolerance is around ±0.2 mm or ±0.5% (whichever is greater), depending on geometry and material. If you have critical fits, note them in a design brief or email us before ordering.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from payment to dispatch or ready-for-collection for typical jobs. Large or complex jobs can take longer. The rush option moves your job to the front of the queue.

Standard delivery across Singapore is a flat fee shown at checkout (see the Pricing page for the current rate). Delivery is waived when your print subtotal plus rush (before promo) meets S$50.00. Self-collection is free; the collection address is included in your order confirmation, and your locker number and password are emailed when the order is ready.

Your account's Orders page shows live status from payment through production to delivery or collection. You'll also get an email confirmation when payment succeeds.

Card or PayNow, both processed securely by Stripe. ORB. never sees or stores your card details.

Open the order in your account and use the reprint or refund request; attach photos of the issue. Covered quality issues are resolved with a free reprint or a refund per the Terms of Service.

You earn points on every paid order (your tier sets the earn rate), and 100 points = S$1 off at checkout. Rating a completed order earns 10 points, or 20 if you add a photo. See the Rewards page for tiers and details.

Yes. Uploaded files are used only to quote and produce your order, stored privately, and never shared or reused. See the Privacy Policy for specifics.
